The objective of the portal is to spread digital awareness to people and help them reflect on social changes and awareness. The portal works towards appealing to the citizens as potential stakeholders in the improvement, development, and governance by focusing on areas like Health, Education, Sanitation, Social Welfare, Safety Programs, and encouraging Integral Community Development.

- To encourage mass participation: The aim of the portal is to achieve mass participation of people in the government campaigns that help the country come together and prosper.
- Increasing Transparency and Accountability: By providing a direct link between the government and the citizens through the Jan Andolan Portal, it helps in enhancing and improving the transparency and accountability.
